    We would like to invite you to share in the many wonderful recipes handed down by our Sicilian Grandmother, Rose Pusateri. 

For many years these recipes were unattainable because they were only known to many by word of mouth. Joanne Pusateri, Rose's daughter-in-law, was able to spend time with Gramma and write out each of her recipes by hand. Today we are able to pass these Old World recipes on to you and your family!

Please take a moment to read an exerpt from the book as well as to sample one of our time honored recipes.
